had a peaceful yet happy day! =D
and i'm officially 18! =D

received birthday wishes the moment i opened my eyes! yeah!

my teammates celebrated my bday yesterday, toogether with xiaoyanjing! =D
XM baked the cake herself! haha, well, not bad lah, haha.
and some of my classmates said it's nice! haha.

today, yup, i was saying... birthday wishes!
haha, from Z & Joc.
on the way to school, met WS & SH.. and they wished me happy bday too!
WS said she forgot my present.. haha.
It's ok girl. i'm already happy to hear a happy birthday from u!

during morning assembly, Jq,Ky,Sk wished me happy bday. ha.
and after morning assembly, joel gave me a bday card!
it's got giraffes on the card (paper clip card). yup.

BUSY is the only word i can think of.
this term will be very very busy!
revision packages coming one after another, and it seems never ending.
i guess i'll only blog once a week, and this is provided that i have to time to actually come online to blog.
anyway, there'll be nothing much to blog about except me busy life this term.

i'm doing 'factsheet' now.
i'm supposed to summarise articles into main points and infer what the articles are trying to tell us. =)
i need more brain cells! i guess i killed quite alot just today.
and everyday will be a long day, for this whole term, imagine lessons ending at 5 or 615 pm everyday.
but i shall persevere, cause i want good grades.
i'm sick of getting such sucky results.
i had enough, and i want to improve.
i want my As and Bs.

there's no sch today coz of youth day.

yesterday, went out with mum and sis to cwp.
mum wanted to look around for pillows, and me, shoes.
didnt managed to buy, but i bought a file instead. =)
today, went chong pang just now to buy shoes.
finally i bought a pair of shoes. =D
den i went popular to buy pens.
u know, school's starting and we need loads of pens.
yup, and i bought a dairy, with colour pages! =D
and i came back liao.
haha.

oh oh, tonight's beach.ball.babes airing for the first time!
cant wait to watch!

went out today with the econs consultation group.
it's fun just sitting around and chatting.
went n.y.d.c. for late lunch @ orchard, and yup, sat there till about 5 plus before we leave.
actually i dunno the exact location, just followed everyone else. ha.
didnt took much photos, but managed to take a group photo la.
hehe...
right, and watched 21, 7:20pm time slot. =D
quite a good movie, watch it if u're free.
yup, this the one:

it's about this group of high school kids, playing blackjack by counting.
yup COUNTING.
though i understood the whole movie, but i still cant understand how they can actually count to win the game.
win big bucks in las vegas casinos!
i want that too!

but, that's considered cheating, to count.
anyway, the main lead, not bad looking. haha.
yup, he was psychoed into the team, where they'll go las vegas to play blackjack.
he join because he wanted to pay for his school fees in Harvard medical school.
but, he cant afford it, so the fastest way was to join the team to win money in casinos.
yup, and the movie sort of demostrated the greed of people.
and, we just cant get satisfied with what we have.
until the time when we lost everything, then we realise our mistakes.
some may be lucky enough to have a second chance, but others may not.
so yup ppl, try to be contented with wat u have.
try.

seriously there's not much time left.
school's starting on tues.
but i'm not sure if we got lessons.
the plan was photo-taking for the annual book and some survey.
so perhaps sch officially starts on wed.
need to focus, need to keep up, need to work harder.
and if u ask me why am i studying... idk.
i'm studying because everyone's studying.
i'm studying because i need to study.
i'm studying because the society needs the grades.
i'm studying because i want to be successful.
i'm studying because of my future.
frankly, i dun know what i wanna be in the future, when i join the work force.
i dun know what kind of job would suit me.
i dun know if i can cope.
there's so so many question marks which are floating in my mind.
perhaps the best thing i could do now is the concentrate on my A levels.
maybe after that i would know which course to choose, where to go.
so right now, just focus on studying?
i guess so. i think so.

Mid-yr officially ended today, with phys paper 1 & 2.
it was sort of a killer paper?
well perhaps i'm just not ready enough...
monday's econs paper was ok...
but after the paper, my fingers damn pain... cause i was writing non-stop.
and i actually mixed up the formula for unemployment rate and inflation rate...
cant i get any careless?
tues was chem paper 1 and 2.
it wasnt a well prepared one either cause i totally got out of mood to study after econs paper.
so... u guys can guess how it went.
and i've got another careless mistake which i only found out after the paper.
haiz...

anyway, went out after phy paper today!!!
buy lunch home for mum first before changing and go meet Cass and J.
yup, watch this:After which, went walking around cine for a while and we took neoprint.
It's been a long time since i took neoprints. ha!
ok... den they went home...
and i go meet C @ centrepoint there.
we walked around... walked to hereen, den all the way to far east...
and the first thing we did when we reach far east was to go eat long john.
it's not that their food it especially nice la.. but we're hungry already ma... haha.
ok. after that walked around fareast... and i actually wanted to buy shoes cause the one i'm wearing is causing blisters...
but cant find suitable one, or one which i liked.
so ended up not buying anything...
yup, so after that went home..
