anyway, yesterday went out with mum, dad & sis.

in the morning, went to bai bai @ bugis there.

afterwhich, went to fuo ya si to bai bai also... but this is at chinatown...

den, we ate at the hawker centre...

there's this stall super long queue... haha and we decided to queue...

typical singaporean ya? haha...

u know is like other stalls no business de lah.. haha..

anyway, the people queue until they sit down on the chairs...

hahaha... so it's not a standing queue but a sitting one.. haha...

it's cai zhou jie xiang gu rou cou mian...

not bad lah... quite nice...

after tt walked ard chinatown area, den we're on our way home... =D

back at khatib, went NTUC to buy some stuff, haha...

and we reach home it's ard 5 plus...

mummy still cook dinner and yup, settle our dinner at home. =D

i'm playing facebook now.. haha...

so damn bored can...

den the pet society keep lagging de lor..

23rd dec: Start of xmas celebration with ny vb mates!

haha, had a bbq @ east coast park...

met Mel and YL before heading down to east coast.

took 135 all the way to F's bf hse, which is near east coast.

wah, the bus ride was horrible, probably because i didnt eat, i feel sick...

anyway, reached there and since A and F wasnt ready(they were cooking fried rice @ F's bf hse)

yup, so went up his hse... and the view from his hse is damn pretty!!!

haha, den headed down to our pit, and some guys was already starting the fire.

i did help in starting the fire also! hehe...

ok, and we started bbq-ing those hotdogs & crabmeat stick cause we were waiting for butter to come.

ya, i mean the person who's in charge of bringing butter lah.. haha..

ok.. den we started eating all those ready-made food prepared by our girls team. =D

yup, and it was really to much for 28 people.

i think it's enough for like 50 people to eat lah!

actually when planning we're afraid that there'll be not eoungh cause we tot the guys would eat alot... but...

there's alot of food left, including those bbq stuff.. ya, so had to ask ppl to bring home the food...

like each person bring back some...

i was prepared to go home... and A said she wont be staying there for the night...

but den.. after like there's no more public transport, she said she'll be staying late..

after a while, we wanted to leave. and just a while after we walk out of the pavillion, it started raining! damn heavy la the rain.. so we're like 'are we fated to stay thru the night?'

so we went back to the pavillion...

so, in the end, we stayed till morning before cabbing home tgt with JR.

wah, the cab fare is ex lah! Just by hopping into the cab, it's like 7 plus bucks le.

the cab didnt even move a single cm yet!

well, we played games thru out the night, and the games are seriously lame lah. haha...

but it's fun! =D

den around 5 plus in the morning, really sleepy, so slept a while before heading home lor.

OH! IT RAINED THE WHOLE NIGHT CAN!!! SO FREAKING COLD LAH!

reached home just about 10 mintues before 9am.

was seriously tired.

had a quick bath, and slept for an hour before meeting SF to go coach hse for xmas gathering.

on the way to coach hse... haha, we took the wrong bus.

den after changing to the right one, we alight at the wrong place.

den took another bus to hougang bus interchange.

finally took 112 to coach hse.

MY was waiting for us at the busstop and we're so happy to see her!

and while we're travelling, we keep saying that must tell coach to hold the gathering at somewhere more convenient.... haha. =D

finally reached and our pioneer batch, with May missing cause she got work!

Together with coach and HongChuan.

we left coach hse at around 2 plus going 3 i think...

yup, so went down vivo to meet my clique! (well, it was YS only lah.)

YS went straight to vivo after her work, and yup, she's the earliest.

Z was only 2 stops behind me, as in train lah..

so when i reach harbourfront, waited for her before gg to meet YS.

so the three of us got nothing to do... haha and we can-whored. but i just post one lah k?

den after more walking, went to the restaurant Modesto's!

hehe, ordered chicken wings and salad while waiting for J to come down from her working place.

here's the food! =D the chicken wing's really nice!!!

J came at ard 8 and while she's eating her chicken wings and salad...

we exchanged presents!!

i've got YS present and she's got mine.

C got Z's, J got C's and Z got J's.

haha. =D

oh i made card for all of them. haha.. very nice de ok!!!

but i must say, probably cause too long didnt write.. my handwriting not very nice... haha...

so....the presents are....

YS bought a hp pouch and a necklace; i bought a necklace with a shiny star pendant;

C bought a thing that can hang earrings; Z bought a necklace with a ribbon pendant;

and J bought a shower de soap. i think is gel type. haha...

then...

we ordered more food!!! =D

after dinner, wanted to go have some desserts.

but some of us are too full, so went vivomart and bought some drinks. =D

Finally.

After much searching & consideration, decided on this blogskin.

Was avoiding black background... so gave up a few nice ones.. haha...

have been looking since afternoon... and i just changed it now..

anyway, stayed at home today...

didnt go out, and i was also quite lazy to go out la..

plus, go out need $$$ & i'm really really broke.

oh, the person didnt call me today, which means i've got no work tml! =D

Aching legs...

i'm exhausted from all the walking today....

went shopping for the things we needed for the BBQ on tues.
met 1230 @ vivocity, and i reached at arounf 1245.
Guess what? i'm the earliest! haha...
well, i was supposed to go bai tai shui, but anyway, still went to meet them...

yup, so went for lunch before heading to giant to shop for the necessary stuff...
walk ard the mart for almost 2 hours plus plus, afterwhich shopped ard for JR's gf x'mas present...
yup, went home at ard 6 plus, den reached home at around 7 thirty...
oh i went Northpoint before heading home... hehe...
my legs were damn sour and i was standing/walking until i was in the bus heading home...
plus i was hungry... haha...

so yup, today tv no nice shows... haha... so i'm blogging now...
haha...
oh and i declared myself broke. haha..
no money very sian... haiz...

shall stop for today!
cant wait till tues and wed!

oh oh. and hope tt i'll start work only after christmas... =D

today's her birthday, but we celebrated it for her yesterday cause Joc couldnt make it for today..
she's working... yup.. went for steamboat at Zeng Fu Cai.
well, the food is not bad.. oh oh must say.. i like the dumpling.. =D haha...
soup wise.. still acceptable, but i dun really like their service... and their employees are from china.. they got this strong china accent. haha... yups..
so we surprised her with a mini cup cake. haha... and ya, treated her the meal. =D
oh all of us didnt bring our cameras... so no pictures... =(
there's a few in Joc's phone though but she's currently not free to send us the photos.. haha...
so once again to CHEN... SHENG RI KUAI LE!

ok, today, was suppose to shop for the xmas present for exchanging...
meet up with YS @ Somerset.. went heeren, but nothing caught my eyes. haha...
But YS bought le... anyway, yup, went down to job agency to sign the contract for the job! =D
yeah... haha... the consultant very good. i like her.
haha...
and YS went to sign her contract too.... but is different job agency.
after tt went amk de this fashion to shop for office-wear.
bought a black long pants, and i thot it was 33 bucks....
but there is actually discount, so i paid only $26.40 for that long pants.
oh i was so tempted to buy the skirts lah... haha...
but shall wait and see what kind of attire i should be wearing to work dere...
yup, so came home and here i am blogging. hehe...

it's another boring day...

well not exactly boring though...

late morning today, met up with Z to book a restaurant for xmas eve! =)

celebrating xmas with my clique!

i presume we're gonna spend alot on tt day.

i still haven buy xmas presents yet!!!

there's one for gathering organized by coach, and one with my clique...

and there's a BBQ with vb teammates...

that's gonna cost me quite alot ya?

the worst thing is... now there's retrenchment and i couldnt find a job!

i seriously need $$$!

oh ya, back to today. yup so we decided on "Modesto's" @ vivocity.

well, the view at vivo wasnt tt nice as i expected due to constructions... haha. but still acceptable la.

after tt, bought subway and went C hse for movies!

haha, only had time for 2... Quantum of Solace & 10 promises to my dog.

haha...

yup, den came home, watched miss no good and little nyonya...

and here i am blogging! haha.. tt's my day today..

oh.. i received EAGLES AWARD this year also! =D happy!

ytd i was at home the whole day... yup slacked! haha...

oh oh, saturday was my grandpa's death anniversary...

went down to my xiao jiu's hse to pai pai...

and when mummy and i board the train, i saw my pri sch friend..

1 good friend of mine... amy!

haha. i'm surprised she still recognize me lah! =)

anyway yup, i managed to finish a 200 (or is it 300) pieces de puzzle!

haha great achievement ya? i always wanted to complete a puzzle, and it's a pity i didnt take a pic of that puzzle i did. It's quite difficult de ok... haha...

well, that's all for now... shall upload some prom pictures to make this post abit less wordy..

about sarawak & prom =D

yo i here to blog about the trip and prom.
well, briefly ba. just wanted the photos to do the talking. =D
but anyway, i reckon it's gonna be a super long post!

well, the trip to sarawak was ok ba.
quite bored there.. haha. =P
the whole trip was like 6 days...
1st day, was just spent on travelling.

oh we celebrated mel and jerline's bday at the senai airport... haha...
but! after dinner we went for a friendly match with the Sibu team.
through out the whole trip i didnt actually play. ha...
anyway, we got champion! =D
haha. this post is going to be super long!
i decided to slot in the photos so that the post doesnt look too wordy... hehe...

so here's the pic for 1st day:

OH ya. the hotel was great! =D i mean it's like quite unexpected lah... haha.

It has great facilities too... and u wouldnt really expect tt kind of hotel in a not very developed place...

well it's not that they are not that developed la. but there's still the 'kampong-ish' feeling ma.. hehe... yup, so, it's a nice place to stay, i mean the hotel. haha...

anyway, erm, 2nd day was travelling around sibu.

they are our 'tour guide' for the day. haha, the most left hand side is the coach. the rest are players.. =D

in the morning, we went to this park, i forgot the park name.... XD we're still young at heart!!! haha...

ya, den we got to climb super high up, and we're all sweaty and sticky. den we saw the badminton c boys training their stamina, by... climbing those extremely steep stairs!!! (well the stairs there are super steep.) haha... just by looking it's tiring already. haha. we reach the top! haha...

on our way back at the bridge...

den after tt i think we went back hotel leh... should be.
around late afternoon/evening, we are supposed to assemble in the lobby and go to the 'long house'.
the long house is actually the home of many families of the natives in sarawak.
the one that we went has 18 families living together and it's considered modernized cause they have electricity and all.
the traditional ones have about 50 plus families...
yup, so they told us that they were previously head-hunters... haha sounds scary?
yup, den there's one particular owner, he was very 're qin'...
keep offering us the 'mi jiu'(rice wine) that they made themselves(i think)..
and hearing from 'ah mao' (our overall in-charge there and a senior of vb guys team) said that they even sell those jiu.
well, perhaps i wasnt really able the appreciate tt ma, taste ok to me.
haha.
yup, and they served us dinner =D the curry was nice! oh ya. the journey to the long house was a super long one.
and seriously i'm not kidding!
u know we meet around 5 to set off to the long house and we reached there like around 7/8 plus.
we're actually lost!!!
to be more precise, the bus driver was la. cause he was supposed to be the one staying in sibu and knowing how to go...
yup, so we sat on the bus for like an hour plus plus, stopping and asking the way to long house...
luckily we managed to find our way there.

the STARS are really BRIGHT!!!

not like those in S'pore. Seriously! It's just awesome.
and u know, the bus doesnt take us there directly.
we had to walk in, and there's no proper pathway or lightings.
the way in was like in the middle of a sort of 'highway' where u dont see any houses around.
haha, we all hold hands as we walk and the sibu coach uses his torch/hp light to help us see better. haha. cause me, YL and Mel was walking just behind them.

no pictures for this journey in cause i'm scared there's something which shouldnt be inside the picture... hehe...

so.. we still managed to reach there and come back safely. =D
and by the time we reach our hotel, it was quite late already.
so that's the 2nd day.

the 3rd day was spent traveling back and forth from our hotel to the vb court.
and that's about it. haha.
oh ya, Mr tam treated us drinks at the coffeeshop near the vb court.
most of us ordered 'teh-si special' which has the tea, milk and wheat grass juice. taste quite good. the other one is 'kopi-si special', but it doesnt have the wheat grass juice. i think they put coffee syrup or something. haha. i dunno...

den 4th day we spent the whole day at the court. seriously whole day!
cause we've got like 2 matches and the guys got 3 that day...
and is spread over the whole day.

when the guys last match was over, it was almost ten... haha...

ya so...sit until my butt so pain... ha...

den 5th day was the last day of the competition, so, our match is at evening - night.
so morning we slack in the hotel.. some went swimming, but i didnt.. haha..
den, Jian Yu injured himself while they were playing at the pool.
he dislocated his arm.... hai so bu xiao xin.
anyway, we spent the afternoon shopping at wisma sanyan (i think that's how to spell)
i bought a shades and 2 t-shirts cause there's really nothing much to buy.

Oh Oh... den cause we're hungry (we didnt ate lunch) and is like 3 plus.

so me, YL, Mel, & Sut. decided to settle at pizza hut to eat cause their seafood pasta looks nice.

it was okay at 1st.. we placed our orders and were happily waiting for our food...

while waiting, Sut. say Jea. told her go m'sia dun go pizza hut...

after a while, 2 drinks came, followed by one serving of pasta.

so thinking that the rest would come soon, i took the 1st one...

we waited for very long, wondering why the rest have not come...and they were saying tt mine came so fast because they cooked an extra serving, so they gave it to me since i ordered the same pasta...

so since we're actually rushing for time (cause we wont want to be late for the match), we called the waiter that served us...

to our surprise, he told us that we only ordered one set.

ironically, if we really did only ordered one set, where did the other drink come from?

so we are actually quite pissed... and kept saying that the waiter didnt understand what we wanted but keep saying 'yes, yes, yes'.

we even requested to see his manager. haha. and he thought we're joking with him lah!

hai yo, i think if he come singapore sure a lot of complaints from customers everyday de lor!

so, we hurriedly finish our food and called for bill.

we wanted to just pay him RM$40, it was actually RM$41.40...
den that waiter say cannot... but we keep insisting that we should paid 40 bucks for the food...

it was actually quite funny lah, cause i think that guy quite scared we might do something...like not pay up or something.. haha....

but still we ended up paying the full amount lah...

so we came to a conculsion... dont go pizza hut when u're in m'sia...
i dunno about other parts of m'sia la.. but that one, the service is...

they dun even clear the used plates lor, it's not as if they dont have enough ppl around...
there wasnt much customers there anyway...
den, time to go to the court.
den we got champion, the guys got 2nd. =D
so got our medals. =D haha. and it was photo taking session!
and i regretted didnt take with the coach leh. =(
really regret... but nvm still got group photo. =D waiting for the rest to send me. haha...

yup, 6th day, is our day to come back Singapore.
morning we went around the town for some photo taking thingy and bought some cakes/local products... and yup, back to hotel to check out.
den we wanted to buy their big bao back, so we ran to the shop after getting permission...
it's quite near the hotel. haha.
ya, den we set off to the airport to go back to JB.
and u know wat, i didnt check-in. den when the person ask where's my boarding pass i kinda panic...
cause i didnt have any check-in luggage so i thought i wouldnt need to like check-in my luggage.
so ya lor, i rushed down to check in and get my boarding pass.
i really xia dao lor, told myself to be strong, but.. hehe, still teared cause i really scared ma...
thinking back i think i very stupid hor...
hai... luckily i'm in time for the plane. if not... die!
oh ya, the sibu players came to send us off. =D so sweet of them...
yup, and so... we're back, reached sch at about 9 plus.
cab home with kaiting and sinyee, and reached home about 10.
HOME SWEET HOME!

Prom i think i blog when i got the pics ba, cause i still cant upload the photos from my cam, and i haven asked others for the photos. =D
